Improve your running skills and stamina while spending time in nature. Run, jump, and explore in the Middlesex Fells Reservation while developing stride, balance, and technique adjustments to tackle the hills, dips, and uneven terrain we’ll encounter.
We’ll run for about 90 minutes each session with minimal stopping, aiming to increase our distance and difficulty each week. Transportation to and from Arlington High School will be provided.
