Guineafowl is running an intermediate three-day, two-night hut traverse, staying at the iconic Zealand Falls and Galehead Huts in the heart of the Pemi Wilderness! As an intermediate traverse, Day 1 will be a gentle day of 5 miles summiting Mount Hale and ending your day at the Zealand Falls hut where you'll relax, enjoy a prepared hot dinner and get a good night's rest for your second, and biggest, hiking day. Day 2 you will be challenged with an 8 mile day including lots of climbing, technical trails, and steep ascents up over Zeacliff, summiting Zealand Mountain and descending South Twin to the Galehead Hut, where another comfortable night of food and bunks await! Day three starts with full breakfast in the hut followed by your descent out of the mountains down the Gale River Trail for another five miles. Your guides will take care of you all the way, making you feel comfortable and safe Round trip transportation, all the gear you need, meals and accomodations at the Zealand Falls and Galehead Huts are all included in this package!

Hike will operate with a minimum of four (4) participants. If the scheduled hike does not reach four or more participants, clients will be asked to reschedule to a later hike or can opt to be refunded for the missed hike.
