4000-Footers Club: Tecumseh
Guineafowl Adventure Company is kicking off its 4,000-footers club and we want YOU to join us! Every last Saturday of each month we will be hiking a different 4,000-footer, and some trips we’ll bag a few in a single day! So if you’re just starting your peak-bagging journey – come do them all with us, or if you’re well on your way and only have certain peaks left on your list, just sign up for the ones you need!
As with all Guineafowl trips, we provide round trip transportation, backpacks, water, snacks, safety equipment (including traction for the winter months) and friendly, experienced guides! For this special club you’ll also receive a commemorative 4,000-footers journal to keep track of all your summits!
Come explore one of a handful of the “first 4,000-footers” that most avid hikers looking to peak bag all 48 embark upon! Mount Tecumseh is a challenging but rewarding out-and-back hike that is predominantly below treeline and climbs consistently up several areas of stone steps and consistent dirt and stone trail! From the summit views of the Sandwich Mountain range are visible and the way back down is a breeze after making the climb up! A check-list NH hike for sure!
**Hike will operate with a minimum of four (4) participants. If the scheduled hike does not reach four or more participants, clients will be asked to reschedule to a later hike or can opt to be refunded for the missed hike.
